Privacy notice

We collect the data you give us directly:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Any information you choose to share in our contact forms, or in the emails you send us.

In addition, when you visit the site, the server automatically logs your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time of the visit.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

Your data is used for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

• Following up on your request for information.
• Replying to the messages you send through the form or by email.
• Keeping the site secure and running, in the case of the technical data about your visit.

We do not use your data for secondary purposes, such as advertising or sales prospecting, nor to build profiles.

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, pixels or any other tracking technology. The language is chosen by the page address and is not stored in your browser.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, so your browser sends your IP address and browser type to Google when it downloads them.

To run the site we use hosting, email and form providers that process your data solely on our behalf and under our instructions. Some of them may store it outside Mexico.

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the cases set out in article 36 of the Law, such as a request from a competent authority, where your consent is not required.

You may ask us at any time to limit the use of your data, by writing to contacto@fararoni.dev. We will handle your request within the time limits in the next section.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and to withdraw any consent you have given us.

To exercise them, send a request to contacto@fararoni.dev including:

• Your name and a way to receive our reply.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your legal representative.
• A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
• Anything that helps us locate your data.

We will reply within a maximum of 20 days of receiving your request and, if it is upheld, give effect to it within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once, for the same length, when the case justifies it. We will deliver the information electronically.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice. After that it is blocked for the limitation period set by law and then deleted.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who handle your request.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page. We recommend checking it from time to time.

If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority.
